If you feel restricted by your collar shirt or other garment you may remove it, we suggest you wear a undershirt in the tank or t-shirt style for men and a camisole for women.

My name is Shanice-Shaila and in this video I want to share with you what to wear to your next massage session. Now you know your professional attire you wear to the office is completely appropriate for majority of the sessions we offer here at the workplace, the exception being the Thai (Stretch) Session where the Therapist is guiding you through stretches along with providing focused pressure applied to specific tension points.
By any means, by the end of this video you will learn a few key insights to getting the most out of your session with just a few items to consider in your attire.

No Disrobing Required for Any Therapeutic Massage Session
So first things first, there is no disrobing required for any of our sessions whether its seated chair or table preferred you can be treated with what you wear to the office. Now some individuals may feel restricted by certain garments, men typically with their collar shirts or ties so if you prefer to remove the shirt we suggest a undershirt either in a tank or t-shirt style.
For women if you find yourself on session day with a dress or skirt on, no worries, the Therapist will use a large towel for your modesty at all times. If you feel restricted by any garment you wear into the studio and want to remove it we definitely suggest you wear a camisole or a loose fitting shirt.
Now our modified Thai (Stretch) Massage session you will need to change from your office attire we suggest you wear your fitness gear, form fitting or loose fitting that is your discretion.
Note the best part of not having to disrobe or change is that you receive all the time in the session you actually paid for, less any transition time it takes you to get into the chair or onto the table.
You Can Be Treated With What You Wear To the Office

Remember majority of the sessions you can be treated with the same attire you wear into the office. Now remember, if you choose to remove your shirt because of a restrictive collar or discomforting fit, we simply recommend a undershirt in tank or t-shirt style for men and a camisole undergarment for women.
